DINNER & LUNCH MENU

The menu offers a diverse range of dishes that are all reasonably priced—from traditional Mexican snacks, soups, and salads to seafood dishes and ceviche, as well as seasonal specials. Botanas include Gambas al Ajillo, fresh shrimp prepared with olive oil, garlic, guajillo chile, and lime juice; Ceviche Camarón Rasurado, fresh shrimp with avocado, jalapeño, onions and cilantro; and a Casa Azul Platter, which features crispy chicken and potato taquitos, cheese quesadillas, mini sopes, and guacamole. Sopa selections include a Pozole Diego, a chile guajillo broth with hominy, spices, and shredded chicken, served with housemade. Del Rio's selection of Tacos is notable for its breadth. The selections include Tacos Gobernador, with housemade corn tortillas filled with sautéed shrimp, jalapeño, and melted cheese; Tacos de Rib Eye, featuring corn tortillas filled with grilled, marinated rib-eye, diced and topped with onions and cilantro, and served with chiles toreados; and Baja-style Fish Tacos, with fried fish, lettuce, and chipotle sauce, served with guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, and beans. The Especialidades de La Casa, which make up the main dishes for lunch and dinner, include classics such as Fajitas and Enchiladas, as well as Mole Poblano, chicken simmered in a housemade chile-chocolate sauce and spices, served with rice, refried beans, cheese gordita, and fresh handmade corn tortillas; and Arrachera Norteña, charbroiled skirt steak served with a chicken mole enchilada, guacamole, rice, refried beans, and nopalito salad. Seafood specialties include a variety of sauce treatments, such as Salmon a la Diabla in a chipotle chile cream sauce; and Camarones al Ajillo, sautéed prawns in a garlic-white wine-butter-guajillo chile sauce.

LUNCH SPECIALS

Local residents and neighboring offices may also enjoy a variety of Lunch Specials at Casa Azul Cantina, served until 4 p.m., including authentic Chile Relleno, one red and one green Orlando Chicken Tamale; a Taco Tasting, with a choice of five soft tacos; and Chilaquiles Mayita, crispy corn tortillas dipped in a green, red, or mole sauce and topped with shredded chicken, sour cream, cheese, and onions.

DRINK MENU

Casa Azul's festive atmosphere is further enhanced with beer, wine, cocktail, and tequila offerings that reflect Mexico's affinity for spirits and celebration and that pair especially well with Del Rio's cuisine. A selection of nearly 70 tequilas are available at Casa Azul Cantina's bar, with selections ranging from familiar producers to rare offerings such as Extra Añejo Reservas Don Julio 1942 or Patron Gran Burdeos that can be.
